Health Benefits of Honey

The best type of honey is the white,pure, light and sweet.The honey

that is collected from trees and mountains is better than the

honey that grown in cells.


Eat honey because it is good for the memory............Honey is

chock full of poly phenols, a type of antioxidant that helps to

protect cells from free radical damage. Plus, if you’re already 

sick, it has been shown to be successful in suppressing 

night time coughs.Honey  are very effective for the removal 

 of free radicals from the body.


As a result, our body immunity is improved against many 

conditions, even potentially fatal ones like cancer or heart 

disease. The Prophet (PBUH) himself used to drink a glass 

 of honey and water each morning on an empty stomach.
